Shipping & Delivery 
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message (standard msg & data rates may apply). You will also receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
Please be aware that USPS packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please contact USPS with your tracking number. Quiet Grind Luxury Company LLC is in no way responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged items once your order leaves our facility. 

Refunds & Exchanges
All Quiet Grind Luxe Co. orders are final, NO EXCEPTIONS. We strongly encourage you to email any inquiries regarding sizing or material to info@qgluxeco.com, prior to making your purchase. Should you need to exchange your item for a new size, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility. Only unworn items will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
